re; Montessori Lot

Remember

The town of Enfield spent more than $16,000 in legal fees
from the P&Z suing the ZBA.

It's nice to have the government do your dirty work for you
at taxpayer expense.

The reason only 13 people testified at the ZBA parking lot hearing
is that they limited citizens input because the evidence was so strong
in the nun's favor. There were well over 100 hundred people at that hearing,
not to mention sworn affidavits from Judge Berger and Mr. Roncari stating
they parked in the lot in the late fifties and early sixties.

Probably 1/2 the parents of Enfield
parked their cars in the Felician Sisters lot in the early 60s. I remember my mother parked there, to drop me off and pick me up. Its a no brainer that "this lot has been lot", and a lot longer than 1/2 these bullys have been serving on Enfield boards.

If these legal fees were coming out of their pockets, then maybe they would've never started this witch hunt. Its completely ridiculous.
