Dear Ms. Schwartz:

This is a follow up note re; my Aug. 28 formal request for prompt production of documents in accordance with the state Freedom of Information Act.

I requested viewing and / or copies of the following:

* Resumes or CVs, Paula Schwartz and Karissa Niehoff

* Annual evaluations, Paula Schwartz

* Contracts, Paula Schwartz and Karissa Niehoff

* Last four paychecks and last four expense account vouchers and checks, Paula Schwartz and Karissa Niehoff.

You stated, on the phone to me that morning, your intention to delay production for at least several days. The FOI law does not allow delay on a whim. Please demonstrate some good faith and produce the documents as requested.
