I never noticed this until Della and I were reading the brief. The court never addressed whether the defendants' violated the Connecticut Constitution.
Seems like the Evidence is Clear in this one, but what isn't is why judges federal and state seems to willfully ignore the Constitution. Is Connecticut's Constitution so meaningless it a federal judge doesn't even have to address it?
Got to go, Paul Drake just walked in with more information from Harry Potter that Prof. Dumbledorf is gay!
