Forum Sunday: First Amendment & The Student Press

The 1st Amendment &
The Student Press

Sponsored by SPJ
Connecticut Society of Professional Journalists

1-3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2
Hosted by The Stamford Advocate

Are student journalists covered by the First Amendment or are they responsible first to their university?

Does the university have the right to prevent publication of a story simply because it casts the school in a less than flattering light?

What about high school students?
