Second Circuit Judge Lineup For Doninger Free Speech Hearing Tuesday



Oral arguments in the Avery Doninger free speech federal lawsuit have been scheduled for Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York.

At issue in this action is a Sept. 2, 2007 ruling by New Haven U.S. District Judge Mark Kravitz denying a preliminary injunction.
