Actually, give the man his props. This is a very entertaining bit of free association and a pretty funny mental excursion away from the issue of smoking in the casinos. I'm not sure everybody thought it was all that funny last Friday night when Kissel and McKinney staged this filibuster apparently -- I haven't taked to Kissel yet -- to protest the Rell-Democrat budget agreement ...
