Well, okay, but most of those were later overturned or corrected.
Specifically in schools Tinker upheld student rights to protest the Vietnam War, although the bizarre Bong Hits 4 Jesus case seemed to curtain the free speech a bit.
Hopefully the Doninger case will be pursued further.
