That lawyer is a real jerk for doing that. It can be used against her now for the rest of her profession. It also can be basis for grievance.

Why should any judge believe her in court now?

I don't know, these school officials and their lawyer seem to think that sicne Judge Mark Kravitz found in their favor, the government has given its blessing to them lying. Or the government has annointed too above reproach to be accused of anything. I hardly think thats the case.

But the FOIC has no excuse not to fine a LAWYER and now really raises questions about FOIC's refusal in general to order fines. I am tired of the excuses i hear out of FOIC for not fining. don't they have any respect for the FOI law they are entrusted to enforce?

I wish this blog was organized better - it's really crazy all over the place.

But this letter to mark morris is astounding - she digs patriots who lovethe nation but hates the laws that protect students. leadership positionsare earned privileges but her demonstrated ignorance in the disclosure ofalleged school disciplinary history is breathtaking. aren't educators theleast bit educated? My principal was NOTHING like this - all of them werebetter educated and had better sense.

I feel she is qualified to cook for a navy brig somewhere in the middle of the persian gulf
