The news reporting of this ia abysmal..they completly overlook the fact that the basis for summary judgement is fraud and withholding evidence.
Funny thing is if this was investigated by the FBI..who is supposed to investigate civil liberties cases (like that ever happens without a body)..the Superindentant and Principle would be open to obstruction of justice charges.
But doing the same thing in court there is no reprecusion
