Editor's Note: As the totalitarian-leaning entities known as the Connecticut Education Association, the Connecticut Association of Schools and the Connecticut Association of Boards of Education oppose necessary free speech legislation, it is important to remember that it doesn't matter what the First Amendment says, it matters who in power chooses to enforce it or ignore it. And, most importantly, it matters what citizens do to demand their rights.
