Not So Fast ... Amendment Might Have Garbled CT Free Speech Bill

There are unconfirmed reports that an amendment might have gutted some of the protections initially offered by the CT free speech bill.

A spectator at the Judiciary Committee hearing Tuesday and a committee staffer could not immediately provide specific language of the amendment Wednesday night, but they confirmed the thrust of the amendment.

At this point, the proposal might be called the Yeah, No, Maybe Free Speech Bill.
