Felicity Sheehy, ’09 State Poetry Champ/ Yale 14/ Westover Grad, Joins Lamb & Nelson At Hartford Club In Young Writers Benefit

The Connecticut Young Writers Trust is excited to announce the addition of rising star and former CT Young Writer's Trust State Champion Felicity Sheehy to the lineup for the April 13th benefit at the Hartford Club with Wally Lamb and Marilyn Nelson.

From being the 2009 CT Young Writers State Champion in Poetry, the Westover graduate has gone on to win the Patricia Grodd Poetry Prize for Young Writers from the Kenyon Review and represent Yale on this year's Connecticut Poetry Circuit, Felicity is perfect evidence of the brilliance of the state's young writers and will debut a few new poems.
