The Freedom of Information Act:

This three-week course will cover many aspects of the Freedom of Information Act, including: Who Owns Public Records; Cops & Courts; School Systems; Local & State Governments; and Federal FOI. The class will be taught by Andy Thibault, author of Law & Justice in Everyday Life, and hearing officer and commissioner for the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission from 1995-96.
