Cool Justice Editor’s Note:
A legal case has a theory and a story.
The story can be based on a small percentage of the pieces of the puzzle. By necessity and design, jurors are presented with certain pieces leaving an impression.
The impression is not necessarily consistent with the facts presented. In this case especially, many of the facts and allegations are hidden in literally hundreds of sealed files.
