The arrest of freelance reporter and political activist Ken Krayeske has raised questions about how state police and other law enforcement agencies gather intelligence.
These pictures taken on Oct. 5, 2006 on the north steps of the State Capitol prove big brother is watching political activists like Krayeske, who happened to attend this protest. Krayeske's back is the foreground of the second photo below.
