It truly amazes me that with all going on (or not going on) in Enfield, that this condo discussion has generated such interest. Perhaps if more people were as interested in other matters, Enfield would be in better shape.

That's for sure. And thanx to Andy and his blog, Enfield-ers have a safe place to express their views.

Tony Depace, and his P & Z crew, should read these words carefully.
They should all be replaced for even just considering a moratotium. Every one knows the real reason.
When a public official betrays his duty for personal gain, he commits what the courts call "Theft Of Honest Services."

Courts have consistently held that breaches of fiduciary duty are felonies. The courts treat any and all legal duties of public officials as "fiduciary."

Hey, what's that new active adult living "space" being built on North Maple, up on MA line? Looks like manufactured homes. Is Enfield now approving adult-only trailer parks (oops, excuse me, they're called "manufactured homes")? Or is this new complex actually in MA?

Once again, I think Dill Weed is missing the point!

There's nothing wrong with reviewing the Town's regulation per se. The issue here is the way the Commission is going about it (by declaring a moratorium) and the bigger issue is who's pushing for the moratorium and what is the real agenda?

Well, we all know who the who is! (Sounds like Dr. Seuss). Dr. DiPace!

And DiPace says that the reason is due to the large number of applications that the Commissions for these developments. Good thing he's an auto mechanic and not a banker because the present number of applications before the Commission is Zero. Math must not have been Anthony DiPace's strong suite! So, if DiPace says the reason is there are too many and the number is ZERO, then it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out there must me another reason. As you can see, science was my strong suite!

Another reason not stated, another reason which is the real agenda. And the Commission members, first on 04/05, it's apparent that DiPace takes them by surprise and the consensus is there's no need for a moratorium. DiPace, who's ever quick on his feet, tables the matter. You hear nothing about a moratorium for 2 1/2 months. Then, Bamm! On June 21, DiPace the magician, springs the idea on the Commission again and without any debate, wa la! There's consensus! Isn't democracy a wonderful thing!

I can't believe, that after the Montessori scam, the "no building on this lot" scam, and one could go on an on, DiPace and Company have the b...s to pull this charade!

    CONNECT THE DOTS...............
    THE REAL DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
