Lawyers Mourn Judge Described As "All-Around Good Guy"

TRIBUTES
FROM THREE LAWYERS:

Friends,

I am so sad that Judge Gerry Esposito passed on Saturday.

He was a great prosecutor, great judge and all around good guy. A few weeks back, he went running in the morning and had a massive heart attack while at Mass in the afternoon.

His family has been with him for the last few weeks at his bedside hoping for a miracle; a devastating time for his family including his 17-year-old daughter.

Gerry used to deliver wedding cakes for a local bakery for years. He was planning on retiring soon. He had found a new dream job -- driving new cars from the Port of Newark back to Connecticut car dealerships.

When he was a prosecutor, he was always the one to go to when you had an extra difficult case and needed some compassion.

Looks like the wake will be Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at
TORELLO IACOBUCCI FUNERAL HOME
203-239-6000
4 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT

His funeral mass will be on Tuesday.

The people of Connecticut suffered a loss with Gerry's passing. Please say a prayer for his family.
