    You know, the problem in Connecticut is that people organize themselves into groups that are politicized, elitist, insular, and opaque (even the transparent government groups are opaque) shunning the "common man."

    Then when they suddenly need wide-based support they wonder why the turn out is low. It's because they don't know anyone else but each other.

    Who the heck are they, to us?

    They've been busy stratifying their advocacy in conformance with connecticut's existing twisted sister social classes and always reap what they sow. After over 200 years they still haven't noticed this.

    They alienate resources they end up needing at times like this.
