Ongoing Research Focused On Leads
Including Corporate-Police Ties

Newly-Recovered Along The Trail:
Missing File Had Been Reviewed And Updated In 1995


Richard Pennington, New Orleans police chief 1994-2002, acknowledged in correspondence that reports and documents existed. It appears supplementary reports were generated in 1995 during a cursory review of the case. The file was known to be at least three inches thick in 1974.
