Taxpayers Will Learn
How Much They Are Spending
In Free Speech Case Another Day

A state Freedom of Information Commission hearing on complaints against Regional School District 10 -- scheduled for Dec. 3 -- has been postponed, a spokeswoman for the commission told The Cool Justice Report today.

School Superintendent Paula Schwartz, who completes her tenure in December, will be vacationing in Aruba. Attorneys working for the Region 10 Board of Education sought the postponement.

A new date for the hearing has not been set.

The complaints are related to the suppression of write-in ballots and attorney billing records in the Famous Douche Bag Free Speech Case.
