    Sampling Of Falsehoods
    In Chinni FOI Brief
    Filed Jan. 17, 2008

    Page 5:

Chinni falsely states that The [FOI] Commission noted that no such request [for in camera review of unredacted documents] had formally been made prior to the [Jan. 4] hearing.

    VERBATIM FROM
    THE LATEST
    CHINNI LIES / DECEPTIONS:

"At the hearing, the Hearing Officer and Commission Counsel asked that the Commission be provided with unreadacted copies of these bills in camera.

    [true so far]

    But, then:

The Commission noted that no such request had formally been made prior to the hearing. (Statement of Commission Counsel.)"

    [false]

In fact, FOI Staff Atty. Tracie Brown noted there had been such a request in documents before the FOI Commission at the hearing.

Following is an excerpt of that Aug. 2, 2007 request:

"If in fact you have documents that are covered partially or fully by attorney-client privilege, I request that you turn them over to the FOI Commission for an in-camera review. They have competent and ethical attorneys who will make the correct call, protecting the rights of all parties. Chinni is obviously not the appropriate person to handle this aspect of the case. Her judgments are certain to be reviewed."
