    Your logic escapes me. Any internal investigation of this matter would have involved a subordinate investigating their superior. Or should the chief have investigated himself? Perhaps they should have had a separate law enforcement organization conduct an independent investigation. Oh wait, they did. The chief state's attorney also cleared the chief of any wrongdoing.

    Logic?...Logic? We got badges and so do the State's Attorneys Detectives that used to work for us
